How do I bid for a home?

To be able to bid for a home, you will need to be registered.  You can do this by clicking the register button at the top right of this screen

Once we have received and assessed your application, we will write to you to let you know and tell you the priority band your application has been placed in.  You will then be able to log into your account, view available homes and if you are interested you will need to click on the place bid button in the advert. 

Your log in details will be your email address and the password you set up when you completed your application.

If you do not have regular access to the internet you can also bid by:

  • By coming into one of the partners offices
  • By telephoning the homechoice team: 0300 123 5017 option 1
  • Asking the team to help you to set up an automatic bid
