About Us
Cheshire homechoice is a partnership between the local authority and social housing providers in the Cheshire East area.Homechoice enables registered customers, looking for an affordable home in Cheshire East, to take an active part in their search. The scheme allows customers to register an application for housing in one place, using a single application form for all of the major affordable housing providers in the area. The partners all allocate properties using a common lettings policy, which means that there is one procedure for all the social housing providers advertising on the homechoice website. The partnership is responsible for a rented housing stock of around 14,000 properties across the area and expects to let around 1,200 homes each year. |
