Cheshire homechoice enables registered customers to access affordable housing in the Cheshire East area. Each week properties are advertised and customers registered with on the scheme can express an interest in up to three suitable homes in each weekly cycle.

Homes To Buy - Cheshire East Council are now advertising affordable homes to buy. These are properties sold at a discounted property value and are aimed at first time buyers. Applicants will need to be eligible for a mortgage to afford these and we would strongly recommend that you contact an

Peaks & Plains Housing Trust have recently started to advertise fixed term tenancies. These are different from the lifetime
